The value for money was impressive, especially considering the spacious and comfortable rooms with large beds. The attention to detail was evident in the staff's courteous and helpful service, ensuring an early check-in and providing supplementary toiletries. The location opposite the Sahara Hospital was also very convenient for those with loved ones being treated there. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered a decent variety of dishes.

The only area I felt could use some improvement was the housekeeping service, which was a bit lax in cleaning up the rooms. However, overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent.

Spent my Xmas holiday at this hotel and I couldn't be more impressed! The amenities offered were excellent, especially the gym and pool which were both well maintained. The hotel's location was also spot on, with easy access to key tourist attractions. But my favorite aspect was the outstanding customer service delivered by the staff, from the receptionist to the wait staff, ensuring that my stay was unforgettable.

I must say that the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which was quite a disappointment. the housekeeping service could have been improved, as they were quite slow to clean up rooms and the towels were not replaced in a timely manner.

Christmas vacation was splendid and the hotel location was well, suited to complement the festive atmosphere. They helped us with all our queries and went out of their way to help us with early check, ins. the hotel's strategic location near a renowned hospital and the bustling market made it a perfect choice for both medical and leisure travelers. Not to forget a well, equipped and tidy bathroom that was easy to occupy. Dislikes, however, included the limited dining options available. Despite serving a decent collection of dishes, the taste was average at best. the service standards were not the savviest , two single beds were forced on us instead of a double, requiring us to move and find our own double bed room. the room was small with limited storage, and no ventilation. A separate toilet and sink could not cover up poor housekeeping, which chose not to refresh towels or bedding for 3 days to "save water. " In summary, the hotel was good for a short stay but could benefit from upgrades in several essential services.
